1. About the shirts
When you purchase any Emerson Brand, Lethal Edge, Fallen Angel, or Dangerous Boy Clothinig, you are buying an individual work of art. Depending on the designs, wash treatments and garment materials, there will be individual variations between shirts and garments in colors and shading. On grinding and distressed garments there are supposed to be small holes and tears in the garments, so there is nothing wrong with the shirts, it's part of the distressed, vintage look that makes the shirts so different and attractive. These are not mass produced items ordered by the boatload from China. They are made one at a time by hand in our own facility using the very best materials and designs. Each shirt although close, is an individual unique creation and will give you years of soft, supple and dramatically good looking appeal.

2. Additional Sizing Information - What Size Should I Order?
The sizes of the womens shirts and children are all true to size and should fit just like any t-shirt or tank that you would normally purchase. Mens sizes are also true to size and if for example you wear an XL Beefy-T then any XL Emerson should fit you just fine. However, there are many ways guys like to wear their shirts and it can go from skin tight to loose and easy depending on your style. Our shirts are cut a little trimmer and could be called an athletic fit. So the best way I can describe sizing is like this; if for example, you prefer a snug or tight fitting Beefy-T in a size large then I would recommend an XL in the Emerson and you should be just right. If you prefer a loose style and get this with a large size Beefy-T then a large size in the Emerson will probably fit you just right, nice and loose.

3. Do I have to pay sales tax?
Currently, only California residents are responsible for sales tax.

4. What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Your credit card statement will show Emerson Brands as the charge.

5. Do you accept paypal?
No.

6. Can I pay by check/money order?
Yes.

7. Can I order Over The Phone?
Yes.

8. If I sign up for the email list, will I get spam?
No, we value our customers' privacy and you will only be contacted by our company. We do not disclose customer information to any third parties or sell our customer lists.

9. How should I care for my items?
Due to the nature of the materials and washes we use to manufacture our unique garments, it is recommended to air dry items and wash each garment inside out on a gentle wash cycle. Some items are extremely delicate and should be dry cleaned only. Please refer to all wash instructions on each garment prior to washing.

11. How Do You Ship Your Order?
Orders within the United States are shipped by the United Parcel Service. Your order will usually ship within 1-5 business days from receipt by us. Military APO or FPO ship by US Postal Service.

12. How long will it take to receive my order?
We will make every effort to ship your order within 1-5 business days of receipt. During the holidays, our order processing time may increase due to US Postal Service backups.

13. What if an item is out of stock?
Although every attempt is made to offer products that are currently in stock, we may go out of stock on certain items from time to time. In such a case, you will be notified by e-mail and we will ship the portion of your order that is in stock. The items that are not in stock will be cancelled from your order and you will not be charged for those items. Please check back as these items may come back in stock at a later time.

14. What does (Preorder Only) mean?
These are items that are not in stock yet and are available to preorder. This means that you can place your order and we will ship these items to you as soon as we do get them in stock. We will not charge your card until we have pulled the item and prepared it to be shipped to you.

15. Can I return an item?

16. Is your site secure?
We strive to make your shopping experience as secure as possible. We use secure socket layer [SSL] protocol, the industry standard for ensuring the security of your electronic commerce transactions. SSL uses 128-bit encryption for all personal information in transit over the internet, including your credit card number, name and address. This technology is designed to protect your information.
